Toen ze NLP ontdekte, kwam alles bij elkaar: haar interesse in de mens, de absolute passie voor taal en lesgeven. Sinds die tijd geeft zij met haar man Bas “de leukste NLP Opleidingen van Nederland”, en heeft ze Richard Bandler geassisteerd bij trainingen.

Haar loopbaan bestaat uit de meest uiteenlopende carrières, van softwaretrainer tot astroloog, van hoteleigenaar tot verpleegkundige, moeder en redacteur. Ze heeft alle kanten van het leven gezien, deed ontwikkelingswerk in Afrika, overleefde kanker, bouwde van de grond af een bedrijf op. Dit heeft haar gemaakt tot wat ze nu is; in het nu, communicatief sterk en kritisch. “Ik Ben wie ik Ben. Ik kan niet niet congruent zijn.”

Haar passies zijn mensen, stuk voor stuk uniek met hun leven zoals zij het leven. Eenieder, pubers, ouderen, ouders, managers, kunstenaars, accountants. Geïnteresseerd als ze is, en met een bijzonder gevoel voor humor, coacht en begeleidt ze hen letterlijk persoonlijk naar hun talenten en kwaliteiten. De bijzondere kracht die daarbij vrij komt, heeft velen geïnspireerd tot het maken van (andere) keuzes; weg van stress, trauma's of spanningen naar creatieve uitdagingen en veranderingen, voor hen en dan ook goed voor altijd.

Ze houdt zichzelf en de mens een spiegel van levenservaring voor, maar net een andere dan je zou verwachten, met respect, kritisch en zo af en toe met verbluffende eenvoud. Krachtig, afgepast genoeg. Leven zoals het is. Verandering. Mensen. Ben Licher.
