I have experience in setting up various medium-to-large scale Intranet projects based on the Microsoft SharePoint Platform (WSS/MOSS). I excel in understanding the delivery process, requirements and deliverables needed for implementing and managing an large scale Intranet project, taking all key facets such as security, infrastructure, operations, information architecture, performance and governance into account. I have strong development and architecture skills and a clear management focus for delivering a successful Intranet. I have applied knowledge and understanding of development methodologies such as RUP, Agile and designing project specific processes using EPF.

My background consists out of over 10 years of development experience (.NET) and participation in the development and implementation of over 12 corporate Intranet projects. I know how to setup and apply various development best-practices such as continuous integration, automated deployments, TDD, code quality assurance and apply patterns as described by Fowler, GOF et al. I have experience in performance testing and base-lining Intranets based on SharePoint to identify bottlenecks and resource limits in the server farm.
