Main areas of interest are JEE applications, modeling using UML and code generation techniques. I've been the lead architect in 2 open source projects with code generation as main focus: http://jag.sourceforge.net (downloaded almost 7000 times) and http://uml2mmbase.finalist.com.
In the JAG project I developed code generation templates for EJB2, EJB3, Hibernate 2 and Hibernate 3, the Spring framework and Tapestry 4.
My interest is currently in Groovy and Grails and I recently started a new open source project for the Grails framework (http://grag.sf.net).
