Designed and supervised the development of embedded software for POS, EFT and weighing systems. Developed the concepts for and supervised the implementation of a large number of loyalty card systems (EDAH customer card, Unigro customer card, Villa Belvedere customer card). Responsible for a team of 26 software and hardware engineers.

Worked for a six-month period in Japan for a study on software development and the training of Japanese product specialists on European market specifics.
