Na interviews, card-laying en meerdere verschillende schetsen voor een nieuw Intranet was het nodig om de user experience te testen. Dit is gedaan met circa 50 deelnemers werkzaam bij Nuon Vattenfall in diverse verchillende functies.
De tests vonden plaats in Zweden, Duitsland en Nederland en werden in diverse talen afgenomen.

Om het nieuwe Intranet platform te kunnen 'raten' zijn diverse doelen bepaald.
Hiervoor is een reeks KPI's vastgesteld. De diverse data zorgen voor een overzicht van meetbare behaalde resultaten. Waarna follow-up advies gegeven wordt om de prestaties te beïnvloeden.
